Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Baked to Order: All treats are baked fresh for your order.
- Processing Time: Orders require 2–3 business days for preparation.
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday only to ensure they arrive at your location before the weekend.
- Weekend Avoidance: This prevents transit delays over the weekend.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Carrier Partners: We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, but recommend USPS 2-day Shipping.
- Perishable Items: Cakes and cupcakes are frozen prior to shipping, packed with frozen gel packs, and shipped 2-Day Shipping.
- Firm Goods: Cookies and brownies qualify for 2-Day Shipping.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are determined at checkout by weight and destination.
Delivery & Tracking
- Free delivery to select locations: Within a 10-mile radius from our Hillsboro location, we offer free delivery from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday, and from 10 AM to 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. Outside our free delivery zone, we offer delivery for $2 per mile from our Hillsboro location.
- Tracking Numbers: Sent via email once your order ships.
- No Signature Required: Carriers leave packages at your door.
- Prompt Retrieval: Unpack and refrigerate items immediately upon arrival.
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages & Delays
- Weather Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather.
- Address Errors: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- Damage Claims: Email photos of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: Valid damage claims will receive a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Cancellations
- No Returns: Perishable food items cannot be returned.
- Cancellations: Request cancellations at least 48 hours before scheduled shipping.
